What is Leaders Edge?

• A Gathering where you can join other genesis leaders and be:
  • ...Challenged with personal growth.
  • ...Equipped to apprentice upcoming leaders.
  • ...Re-energized with ministry focus and direction in your leadership role.
• We know your time is valuable and we intend to make every gathering a great investment of your time

• Everyone who is leading at Genesis. This includes both Ministry Leaders and Connection Group Leaders, as well as apprentices of these leaders. We also invite all emerging leaders or people considering an apprenticeship role.

• While the format may vary, we'll typically include some time of prayer and worship, leadership training, and break-out sessions for smaller group discussions and mentoring.

• Yes, childcare will be available for ages 12 and under.

• The 2^nd Tuesday of every month. We expect all our Leaders and Apprentices to attend Leaders Edge, so please put this monthly date on your calendar now and do your best to schedule around them!

• Attending Leaders Edge is one of the expectations of being a leader at Genesis. Please consider it a priority. We all understand when there are unavoidable family conflicts or previously scheduled commitments. If you cannot attend, please let your staff ministry leader know in advance and obtain/listen to the recording at your earliest convenience.
